What would you do?

Catalina got stitches last week on her knee. It seems like it has healed all fine and good. In fact she can get her stitches out now. And needs to before we head out for spring break. So here's my question for you... Do I take an hour in my crazy day tomorrow to take her to the doctors or hospital to get the stitches out, or do I do it myself?
