Savannah had her first field trip today. I was lucky enough to be able to go with her. We went to the pumpkin patch! The kids got to see many different animals, and they ended their trip with being able to pick out their own pumpkin to keep. That was a fun process. Because the main rule was that THEY had to be able to carry it. Savannah went through a few pumpkins trying to find the right one. One that was not too heavy. Savannah's partner for the day picked a slightly bigger pumpkin, that was a little on the heavy side. She struggled many times because she was tired. Savannah was sweet heart and offered to carry her pumpkin for her, and let her carry Savannah's pumpkin, so her friend could rest! So sweet! It was a fun experience and the weather even cooperated!!!
